Project K Part 5: Droid Companions
Droids are a basic part of Star Wars, and Knights of the Old Republic delivered on iconic droid companions. However, they are underrepresented in Lego form, much like the Old Republic era itself. I aim to fix that.Continue reading “Project K Part 5: Droid Companions”
B-U4D aka Buford the Load Lifter Droid MOC
Quick one today, had some extra parts around from the CMF yellow robot and built a sequel trilogy background droid! Saw him in a droids book I picked up and realized I had the perfect parts to bring him to life in Lego.

The Site is not Dead and Here’s Two Lego Jawas in a Trench Coat to Prove It
No words. Just Utooni. Okay a few words…
It’s been a while. I’m always working on stuff but I’m really bad about sharing it. Looking to post here more often, if nothing else just to have my ideas down. Anyway, I tried building Utooni from the upcoming Star Wars game Hunters.
These little ones were no easy task. Took a few tries to get one I was happy enough with sharing. Utooni is simply two Jawas scrapped from the waist down. Lower Jawa (are they collectively Utooni, both named Utooni..?) has a 2×4 bracket on his back supporting a brick-built backpack to hold the second Jawa up as close to the shoulder area I could manage. I tried half a dozen combinations of capes before settling on The Last Jedi Luke Skywalker’s cape, which isn’t a match for color but does hide the backpack slightly better with its shape.
If you like purist figures or random Star Wars tat and references, follow me on Instagram @SupremeLeaderD for more frequent updates. Let me know if you like this thing or if I’m crazy for trying to build this character purist.

Mandalorians. Warriors and hunters behind sturdy, customized armor and T-visor helmets. What makes a Mandalorian? And what makes someone not a Mandalorian? My fan theory posits that Jango Fett and Boba Fett were Mandalorians at a time, but certain events pushed them from a culture that once welcomed them…Continue reading “Mandalorians: What’s in a Name? -or- Are Jango and Boba Fett Mandalorians or Not?”
